In our chocolate laboratory we supply aprons, chef's hats and all ingredients. We will share with you the techniques, tips and tricks of tempering chocolate, melting, pouring and filling moulds.
You will learn more about the origin of chocolate and how to recognise and understand the different flavours of chocolate. Our professional chocolatiers will show you how to create your own masterpieces.
